one day : Day One - Resilience
This was a huge, wildly ambitious and immensely enjoyable interactive story-telling project for Bristol Green Capital 2015 that led to me meeting around twenty thousand people in Bristol, Glasgow, Calais and Paris between 2014-2016.
There used to be a project website, with heaps and heaps of interactive bits, videos you could watch, things like that. I wonder where it has gone…
For now, you can read more about the project by downloading this document, reading this website, reading this interview, listening to this interview, and getting in touch.
With support and funding from The Schumacher Institute, University of Bristol, Bristol City Council, Bristol Green Capital Partnership and the Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities Initiative.
Day One collaborators included Jenny Duffy, Jack Reuben-Fletcher, Sam Slater, Ivy Burnett, Matt Clarke, Ed Chambers, Paul Hurley, Becky and Anders Morris Knight and Jim and Jonathan Roper.
Huge thanks to Vicki Woolley, Martin Fodor, Deborah Weinreb, Jon Dovey, Maddy Longhurst, Sarah Toy, Ian Roderick, Maddy Harris, the people of Bristol, the people Jungle refugee camp in Calais, and the people who supported me behind closed doors and out on the public stage.
